Hello. First of all, I am a designer and web developer working exclusively for the nonprofit sector.

As a parent, I faced the frustration of filling out endless paper and PDF forms for my children’s childcare centre and elementary school. Hearing a client share the same struggles, I saw an opportunity to make a difference. As a web consulting and website development team, we knew we could create a solution.

With passion and determination, we set out to develop a parents (clients) portal site that would transform the paperwork chaos. Our system converted forms into user-friendly electronic versions, ensuring data security through encryption.

The result? A web-based parents’ portal that allowed easy access and submission of forms from anywhere. Parents found relief, and childcare centre saw enhanced efficiency and collaboration.
